Patrice was very helpful. He organized a taxi for us because we were leaving early in the morning. The hotel is lovely and clean. Really liked the gleeming marble staircase. Bathroom is shower only. While the view over the ocean to the old town is lovely, it is about a 25 to 30 minute walk to town. However, Patrice advised us of a short cut. A 10 minute walk to the pier where for 5 kn we got rowed across. It put a lovely touch on our excursion to the Old City.

The venue was great relaxing and gorgeous, I liked the location just off a modern and pleasant restaurant, which has an outdoor eating area for warmer months as well as beaches like Borik, and sea views. The location was peaceful, on the waterfront, it's a plus.

The location was great - a 20 minute walk from the Old Town and it was right by the waterfront. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Good value for money.

I found the hotel on short-notice. It exceeded my expectations and I would recommend to anyone who is considering staying there. There is a nice restaurant nearby.
Nothing negative that is worthy of notation. But you should not stay here if your plan is to stay on-premises all the time. There is a lot nearby, just not at. Good value, though.

The apartment complex was very well decorated and it had a huge terrace with a magnificent view of the old city of Zadar
The location was farther from the city center than we expected and there were absolutely no stores at walking distance. This greatly limited the use that we could have made of the kitchenette provided with the room. The reception was not manned continuously during the day. We had to wait until the owner arrived both in check-in and in check-out

A converted villa looking directly across the bay to Zadar's old town. We had a one BR apartment with the biggest terrace I can remember. A very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in one of Croatia's premier destinations. This was our second stay at Villa Hresc, and would definitely stay there again if our travels take us back to Zadar.

The apartment had a stunning view from the terrace, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. the daily cleaning service kept the apartment well-maintained and the shower had plenty of hot water. the breakfast on the sunny terrace was a great way to start the day, with a variety of options including fresh fruit and cooked-to-order omelettes. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the Old Town and easy access to local restaurants.
The pool was quite small and not ideal for swimming, more suited for a quick cool down. There were no sandy beaches nearby, which may disappoint beach lovers.

First of all, the value for money at this hotel is excellent. For a very reasonable price, you can enjoy a spacious room with a full-size balcony, offering stunning views of the town center of Zadar. The hotel's location is also a highlight, as it sits right on the water, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful sea views and a lovely walk along the harbor. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast is included? It's a great way to start the day!
All was fantastic, couldn't ask for more!

The rooms were clean and tidy, all the sockets and facilities in the room worked properly, Breakfast was well stocked and even accommodated us when we arrived at 9.55 when breakfast was due to finish at 10.
The hotel was a good 15-20 minutes walk away from the town centre (this is including the 5 kuna boat ride across part of the marina, without this it takes another 10 minutes) The hotel information provided in the welcome pack was not up to date both the check out time (stated as midday but actually 11 o'clock) and the room-service times (5 P.m until 11 P.m) were incorrect. It seems the room service ends when the Chef feels like leaving for the night as we tried to order some food at 8.30 and the response was ''is not possible.... The chef... He go already...''
